David Scott  International  have  been  active in  building, selling and  maintaining Holiday Villas  in  Spain  for  over  twenty  years. With  two  subsidary  companies DSI  Properties  (Nerja) Limited  and  DSI  Services (Nerja) Limited we  provide a comprehensive  service  in this  area that  is  almost  unique.   While  other  organisations spread  themselves  thin in order  to  cover  many  areas  and even many countries  it  has  been  our  policy in recent years  to  concentrate  and  focus our activities more and  more on  our home  ground  of  Nerja and  the  31  towns  and  villages in the  region  of  La  Axarquia  from  the  tropical  coast  to the mountains and  the Sierra del Alcazar national  park.

We  have  a  network  of  associate  offices staffed  by  knowledgeable professionals  and  open  throughout  the  year. 

Our  Managing  Director  David Scott   B.Sc. Eng  lives  in Nerja  for  part  of the  year.  Now retired from professional activity he was for many years the General Secretary of FOPDAC,  Federation of Overseas Property, Developers Agents and Consultants.

From our  small  UK  design  office  just outside London at  Harlow near the  M25  and  M11  we  advise  upon  and  co-ordinate  both  new  building construction and the  renovation  and management  of  older  properties. We  are  always  pleased  to see  clients  in  our  office/showroom  by  appointment to  discuss  requirements  and  make  arrangements  to  view  properties.
