Should the accommodation
booked not be available for any reason we will
endeavour to offer you equivalent alternative
accommodation or a full refund. All properties and
their contents are insured by their owners against
the common perils of fire, impact and theft.
Occupiers are responsible to take due care not to
invalidate the terms of the insurance and in
particular to secure the property as loss by theft
is restricted to forcible entry. Occupiers' personal
effects should be included in their travel insurance
and are not included as part of the building
contents. Owners of the property have been
recommended to effect insurance in the sum of
£100,000 in respect of their liability as owners in
respect of accidents occurring in or about the
premises and they limit their liability to this sum
accordingly.

DSI Services (Nerja) Limited
take all reasonable care but act only as advertising
and rental agents for the owners and can not accept
responsibility for estate facilities and utilities
outside of our control. In the case of loss or
damage suffered as a result of our negligence or
that of our employees we limit the maximum extent of
our liability to the amount paid for the affected
rental period.

The property will normally be
made available for occupation by 4.00pm on the day
of arrival and you are asked to vacate by 10.00am on
the day of departure to allow servicing. Special
arrangements can sometimes be made to alter these
times if we are asked in advance.

The person signing this form
undertakes to be responsible for any breakages,
damages or loss to the property and its contents
during the period of rental and is advised to check
the Inventory after arrival.

To protect the environment
for the enjoyment of all users it is a condition of
this agreement that excessive noise or other
nuisance is not allowed and that the rules for the
use of the property and the swimming pool be
observed. Persons failing to comply after warning
will be required to leave the property without
compensation.

Details of costs and a charge
for electricity in the Winter Season are set out in
our Rental Rates lists.

To protect owners against
loss the failure to pay an outstanding balance by
the due date may be taken as cancellation.

At the end of your stay we
will receive a report in the next following
fortnightly report which after processing will
automatically trigger return of your deposit. Thus
in normal circumstances 21 days should be allowed.
