Sierra del Almijara mountains is one of the most beautiful towns in Spain 30 miles from
Malaga. The rocky promontory of the Balcon de Europa paved with mosaic and lined with
flower beds and restaurants is linked to the old square in front of the San Salvador
church built in 1697.

The villas are set in gardens
grouped near our private pool. Underwater lighting, flowers and quality furniture make the
pool an attractive feature. Properties offer a choice of some of the most luxuriously
equipped holiday homes in this area from a small one bedroom pueblo to a two
storey villa with walled garden, radio, TV, dishwasher, washing machine,
fireplace and stone barbecue, individual pool and spacious roof terrace..

THREE BEDROOM VILLAS WITH PRIVATE POOLS

Two three bedroom, two floor villas each having two bathrooms and a
cloakroom with outstanding views of the sea, the farmland and the Almijara mountains,
Eight minutes walk down to the centre of the Burriana beach. A very quiet location but
with several restaurants and two shops within a short walk.
Both villas have the same furniture and equipment but have different room
shapes and sizes. By using the sofa beds in the living room a total of eight persons can
be accommodated.
The main bedroom has queen sized double bed with a glimpse of a sea view
and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and a solid marble vanity unit. Two other
bedrooms each with twin beds. A second bathroom with bath/shower and marble vanity unit.
Guest cloakroom.
The living room has marble floors, a generous open plan kitchen and a
large terrace with stone BBQ so that eight people can dine outside with a view of the sea.
All fully equipped with satellite TV, ceramic hob cooker, microwave, granite worktops,
fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric juicer, toaster, hairdryer, iron, washing machine,
ceiling fans and heating in every room.
Stairs lead up to a roof terrace which has outstanding all round panoramic
views of the sea and mountains and a further table and chairs for outdoor dining.Private
pool 6m X 4m set in its own walled garden with sun lounger chairs and parasol.

The design of this type of villa has evolved from several
years of building holiday properties. All are sited on rising ground to take best
advantage of the magnificent scenery coupled with views of the sea.
The front terrace, five metres wide by three metres deep, with a stone barbecue and log
store, is the setting for outdoor living and eating separated from the living-room by
sliding glass doors. A smaller terrace opening off the master bedroom allows the sun to be
followed round the day.

The roof overhang shields the living-room from the fierce midday sun in summer while a
stone fireplace with floor to ceiling pink marble bookshelves creates a welcoming
atmosphere at other times. Sofas in the living-room provide two extra beds.
Furnished throughout by an Italian Interior Designer, pink marble and glass tops
combine with modern fabrics to give an air of lightness. Each villa is equipped for
