Villa Aquatica

This is a very luxurious new villa. It is situated on the road down to the Burriana Beach. It has from its upper terraces spectacular views of the sea and of the mountains. A double garage is available to clients.

A feature of Aquatica is its special swimming pool with waterfalls and a fountain set in the south side of the property. A built-in barbeque and fine terrace furniture makes this a prime area for entertaining.

Wide glass doors link the living room to the terrace. A modern kitchen with a full range of cooking and food preparation equipment to support extensive entertaining. Other equipment includes microwave, dishwasher, a full separate laundry, airconditioning, heating, t.v. , sound system with CD player.

The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor with king size double bed and includes a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a separate shower and its own private sun terrace.

The upper floor has two twin bedrooms each with a private sun terrace and a full bathroom ensuite.
There is a T.V. room in the tower which may be used as a fourth bedroom.

This distinctive villa can sleep 8 persons.
